MSO5000-E Series   |  Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes

The MSO5152-E Oscilloscope is a great choice for visualizing analog and digital signals with enough advanced capabilities to simplify debugging. Engineers working with relatively low speed signals who need more capability than a beginner oscilloscope can provide can get UltraVision II technology, zone triggering, 7 instruments in 1, Enhanced FFTs, color grading, and histograms at an incredible value.

4 GSa/s Max Sample Rate Visualize fine resolution and signal detail
Visualize fine resolution and signal detail

4 GSamples per second makes it possible to see short and transient signal artifacts on embedded signals. Oversample 150 MHz signals at >26X to highlight small deviations or use both channels and maintain > 13X oversampling on 150 MHz for ultimate signal analysis flexibility.

Useful Long Memory Search deep memory traces or record segments with flexible memory
Search deep memory traces or record segments with flexible memory

The MSO5000E provides up to 100 Mpt record lengths while making it easier than ever to utilize these samples. Use the deep memory to capture long continuous signals with complete search and navigation tools or configure the instrument for segmented capture to record and playback a series of trigger events. With the flexibility to make use of the deep memory in multiple analysis tools, the MSO5000E Series sets the bar for flexibility and capability in its class.

7 instruments in 1 Combine an Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, Waveform Generator, Voltmeter, and Counter/Totalizer in one instrument to quickly find answers to your measurement challenges.
Combine an Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Logic Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, Waveform Generator, Voltmeter, and Counter/Totalizer in one instrument to quickly find answers to your measurement challenges.

With the Logic Probe, AWG, and Serial Decode options the MSO5000E Series includes all 7 instruments in one. Solve any of your embedded design challenges whether you need to emulate analog or digital communications, capture high speed signals, verify levels, monitor the spectrum, decode serial communication, monitor parallel buses, or count pulses the MSO5000E makes it possible to quickly and easily move between instrument capabilities all from 1 integrated interface.

300,000 wfms/s Waveform Capture rate Minimize scope “dead time” between trigger events and increase observations of random and sporadic events.
Minimize scope “dead time” between trigger events and increase observations of random and sporadic events.   Faster capture rates reduce the time it takes to visualize these transient effects. Many of the scope’s capabilities can be used without sacrificing waveform capture rate performance. This enables detailed analysis with high signal fidelity.
Advanced Analysis Capabilities Analysis tools including precision measurements, histograms, power analysis, and multiple math and decode functions enable in-depth debug
Analysis tools including precision measurements, histograms, power analysis, and multiple math and decode functions enable in-depth debug

The MSO5000E Series provides math functions on 4 channels and serial decoding on up to 4 serial buses simultaneously. The MSO5000E series adds histograms for statistical analysis of dynamic signals and the power analyzer software and option for analysis of switching power supplies. Combined with the 7 in 1 instrument capabilities and the ability to make precision measurements on up to the full 100 MPt memory, the RIGOL MSO5000E provides incredible analysis and insight for the money.

Flexible user interface including touch Interact with the instrument in the way that works best for you
Interact with the instrument in the way that works best for you

With a 9 inch touchscreen, full set of knobs and buttons, and mouse support the MSO5000E makes it easy to analyze signals whichever way works best in your lab. The included interactive browser control allows interactive control from a phone or tablet. PC software provides remote operation and control. The programming interface makes it possible to automate complex test sequences.

Bode Plot Analysis Automate advanced device characterization with new phase and gain Analysis capabilities
Automate advanced device characterization with new phase and gain Analysis capabilities

Use an MSO5000E with the latest firmware and the embedded generator or bundle option and get access to the new Bode Plot capability. The embedded generator sweeps frequency while the oscilloscope measures phase and gain. Bode plot data and chart are shown on the display for easy analysis.
